Things to Know
It is not necessary to sign up for the whole session. You can attend as few or as many classes as you like.
Space is limited. To guarantee your spot in a class, please register in advance via WhatsApp.
Same day drop-ins are welcome, space permitting.
If you sign up for a class and can no longer attend, please let me know 24 hours in advance so your spot can go to someone else.
Classes start and end on time. Please arrive at least 5 minutes early, especially if it’s your first class.
Mats are available to borrow for free. If you have a mat you like to practice with, you’re welcome to bring it.
Class sequences repeat 3-4 times before changing. This is intentional. As you grow more familiar with the sequence, you’ll gain confidence, turn your attention inward, develop skills, and witness growth. The next sequence will build on the previous sequence.
Please do not come to class if you are sick or injured. Taking rest is an act of care for yourself and your fellow yogis.
