Class Descriptions

All classes, regardless of intensity level, are based on the following three principles: 

  • Yoga is a form of moving meditation.

  • Yoga promotes health and longevity.

  • Yoga feels good.

  • Dynamic Hatha

    Classic yoga poses linked together through dynamic and intelligent transitions. Sequences are built around peak poses and incorporate conditioning to build strength and heat. There is an emphasis on alignment and mindfulness, and poses are held for at least five breaths.

    Fridays, 7:45am-8:45am & 9:15-10:15am

  • Private Classes

    Customized yoga classes designed to support the specific needs and goals of the particular student(s). Individual and group options available.

  • Chill Flow

    Simple yoga poses linked through smooth and slow transitions, with a balance between active and restorative poses. Gentle pace and mild intensity designed to leave students feeling spacious, relaxed, and quietly energized. Great for beginners or students recovering from illness, injury, or fatigue.

  • Restorative

    Gentle movement and passive poses held with the support of props for at least 5 minutes. Practice is designed to counteract the negative effects of stress and tension and help the body to integrate and heal. Relaxing, rejuvenating, and meditative.
