Mission Statement:

As much as I enjoy the study, teaching, and practice of yoga, it’s not my only passion (or profession). And while I now call Uruguay home, I have deep roots in the United States and chosen family in Chile.

Fortunately, yoga is the practice of union. It guides us to embrace contradictions, create connections, and hold space for all aspects of ourselves, others, and the world - no matter how messy, confusing, or unpleasant they may seem.

Two Hearted Yoga is born from the belief that true harmony, happiness, and peace are possible, as long as we commit to doing the deep inner work, showing up for our life with compassion and wisdom, and moving with awareness, on and off the mat.
