What style of yoga do you teach?

Do I have to sign up for the whole session?

No, you’re welcome to attend as few or as many classes as you like. Come whenever you can, but please sign up for a class in advance if possible.

Why do you repeat class sequences? 

I repeat class sequences 3-4 times to give students the chance to gain confidence in the practice, turn their attention inward, develop skills, and witness growth. That said, no two classes will be identical. Sequences will vary slightly from week to week. The next sequence will build on the previous one.

Do I need to reserve a spot in advance?

Space is limited. To guarantee your spot, please register in advance via WhatsApp. If you sign up for a class and can no longer attend, please let me know 24 hours in advance so your spot can go to someone else. Same day drop-ins are welcome, space permitting.

What time should I arrive to class?

Classes start and end on time. Please arrive at least 5 minutes early, especially if it’s your first class. Check out the Schedule page for more details.

What forms of payment do you accept? 

Cash, bank transfer, PayPal, Venmo. Check out the Pricing page for more details.

Do I need to bring my own mat? 

There are mats available to borrow for free at the studio. However, if you have a mat you like to practice with, bring it with you! 

Do I need to be a native English speaker to attend your class? 

No, as long as you are comfortable following a yoga class in English you’re welcome to attend. I try to keep instructions simple and clear, and I demo more complex poses and transitions. 

Do you speak Spanish? 

Yes, I am fluent in Spanish! I teach in English because I have done all my training in that language. You’re welcome to communicate with me in Spanish before or after class, but class instructions will be given primarily in English.
